Child Safety Standards

At MeetMy Matrimonial, operated by MEETMY MATRIMONIAL LLP, we are committed to providing a safe, respectful, and secure environment for all users. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy toward any form of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE), Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM), or any activity that exploits or endangers children.

These Child Safety Standards apply to all users of the MeetMy Matrimonial application and related services.

1. ZERO-TOLERANCE POLICY

MeetMy Matrimonial strictly prohibits:

• Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE).
• Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM).
• Grooming, solicitation, or exploitation of minors.
• Any content that sexualizes or endangers children.
• Sharing, uploading, distributing, requesting, or promoting CSAM.
• Attempting to contact minors for inappropriate or illegal purposes.
• Any activity that violates applicable child protection laws.

Any account found engaging in such activities will be permanently suspended or terminated without prior notice.

2. MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT

MeetMy Matrimonial is intended only for individuals who are legally eligible for marriage according to applicable laws. Users must meet the minimum age requirements established by the laws applicable to their region.

Individuals below the legally permitted age are not allowed to create or maintain an account on MeetMy Matrimonial. If we become aware that an account belongs to an underage individual, the account will be removed immediately.

MeetMy Matrimonial is intended only for adults. We do not knowingly permit minors to register or use the application.

3. USER REPORTING

MeetMy Matrimonial provides users with in-app tools to help maintain a safe community. Users can report profiles or content that violate our Child Safety Standards, including suspected Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE), Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM), harassment, impersonation, fake profiles, or any activity that may endanger children, directly through the application's reporting features. Reports may include:

• Fake profiles
• Harassment
• Abuse
• Inappropriate photographs
• Child exploitation concerns
• Impersonation
• Any suspicious or illegal activity

Users can also block other users to prevent further interaction. All reports are reviewed by our moderation team, and appropriate action is taken in accordance with our policies.

4. CONTENT MODERATION

MeetMy Matrimonial actively reviews reports submitted by users. When necessary, we may:

• Remove offending content
• Suspend accounts
• Permanently ban users
• Restrict account access
• Request additional verification
• Cooperate with law enforcement authorities where legally required

5. CHILD SEXUAL ABUSE MATERIAL (CSAM)

MeetMy Matrimonial strictly prohibits the creation, upload, possession, sharing, promotion, or distribution of any Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM). Any detected CSAM will result in immediate action, including:

• Immediate removal of the content
• Permanent account suspension
• Preservation of relevant information where required by law
• Reporting to the appropriate law enforcement authorities or child protection organizations when legally required

6. SAFETY MEASURES

To help maintain a safe platform, MeetMy Matrimonial may implement measures such as:

• User reporting mechanisms
• Account verification processes
• Manual moderation
• Content review
• Abuse prevention systems
• Blocking abusive users

These measures help identify and address harmful or inappropriate behavior.

7. ENFORCEMENT

Violations of these standards may result in one or more of the following actions:

• Warning
• Temporary account suspension
• Permanent account termination
• Removal of uploaded content
• Restriction of platform access
• Reporting to law enforcement where required by applicable law

MeetMy Matrimonial reserves the right to take any action necessary to protect users and comply with legal obligations.

8. COMPLIANCE

MeetMy Matrimonial complies with applicable child safety laws and regulations and continually reviews its policies to maintain a safe environment for users. We cooperate with appropriate authorities when legally required to investigate illegal activity involving children.
