Paid memberships, whether on a monthly or yearly basis, are non-refundable. Any unused services or portion of a membership plan will not be refunded once the payment has been successfully processed.

3. EXCEPTION & GUARANTEE

We may offer a 7-Day Limited Refund Guarantee under specific conditions. A refund may be eligible only if no contacts have been viewed, no messages have been sent, and there has been no profile interaction during the first seven days of the subscription.

4. TECHNICAL ISSUES

If a payment is deducted but the service is not activated, please contact us within 48 hours. Upon verification, we will either fix the issue to activate the service or provide a full refund of the amount deducted.

5. AUTO-RENEWAL

Subscriptions may auto-renew if the feature is enabled. It is the responsibility of the user to cancel their subscription before the renewal date if they do not wish to continue the service.

6. PAYMENT METHODS

Payments on our platform can be made through various secure methods, including UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, and other integrated payment gateways to ensure a safe transaction experience.

7. FRAUD / MISUSE

MEETMY MATRIMONIAL LLP will not issue any refunds if an account is suspended due to violations of our Terms and Conditions, detection of a fake profile, or any other misuse of the platform.

8. PROCESSING TIME

Any approved refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 business days. The actual time for the amount to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
