At MEETMY MATRIMONIAL LLP, we respect your privacy and give you full control over your data. If you wish to stop using our services, you can permanently remove your account and all associated information.
HOW TO DELETE YOUR ACCOUNT
Method 1: From Mobile App
Login to your account and navigate to the Settings section. From there, click on the Delete Account button and confirm your request to initiate the permanent removal process.
Method 2: Request via Email
You can send a formal deletion request via email to our support team at support@meetmymatrimonial.com. Please ensure the email includes your registered mobile number and registered email ID for verification purposes.
WHAT HAPPENS AFTER DELETION
Once your request is processed, your profile will be permanently removed from our platform. Your photos, personal details, and preferences will be deleted, and you will no longer be able to recover your account or any interactions associated with it.
DATA RETENTION
While we delete most of your personal data, we may retain limited pieces of information as required for legal compliance or to prevent fraudulent activities. This data is stored securely and is only used for the specified purposes.
PROCESSING TIME
Account deletion requests are typically processed within 3 to 7 working days. You will receive a confirmation once the deletion process is complete.
